Skuad (now Payoneer Workforce Management) pricing: EOR review and terms

We may earn a commission when you sign up through some links on this page. Commissions never change our scores or the order of our lists. How we make money.

Skuad, now Payoneer Workforce Management (WFM), lists its employer of record (EOR) service from $199 per employee per month, according to its pricing page (checked October 18, 2026). Agent of Record starts at $99 per contractor and contractor management at $19.

That ties RemoFirst for one of the lowest EOR list prices in our research; only Native Teams, from $99, lists lower. The catch: Skuad publishes no deposit, FX or termination terms, and its platform terms let it change plan fees at its sole discretion on 30 days' notice.

Skuad, now called Payoneer Workforce Management, is a Singapore-based employer of record owned by Payoneer that hires workers in 160+ countries through a mix of its own and partner entities, and also pays contractors.

Skuad (Payoneer WFM)

Skuad's $199 floor is about a third of Deel's list price, and it is owned by Payoneer. It loses points because the deposit, FX, termination and minimum-term questions all go unanswered in public, and reviewers report fees above what they agreed.

The site, help center and review profiles are split across the Skuad, Payoneer WFM and Boundless names, and G2 merges Skuad with Boundless.

Deposit, FX and contract terms

Skuad's pricing page promises "100% Transparency in fee structure", but these items are not published:

  • Deposit: not on the pricing page, homepage or Terms & Conditions (updated March 19, 2026).
  • Setup: the homepage shows "Onboarding fee: $0", but terms section 6.2(a) let Skuad decide case by case whether new customers pay part or all of a fee up front.
  • FX: no markup is stated. Contractor payments use "forward foreign exchange rates available to Skuad", and Skuad disclaims exchange-rate swings and payment gateway fees.
  • Term and notice: no EOR minimum term or client notice period is published. The platform terms say a term ends at the earlier of the underlying contract's length or one year, and Skuad may end the agreement on 30 days' notice.

Section 6.2(c) says "Skuad may modify your Payment Plan fees at any time and in its sole discretion" with 30 days' notice. Late payments carry interest of 2% a year above Skuad's bank overdraft rate, and service can be suspended 5 days after a non-payment notice. Singapore law applies. These read as general platform terms; we found no separate EOR agreement.

Ask for the EOR service agreement itself, and get the deposit, FX method, notice period and a price lock in writing.

Entity model and coverage

Skuad covers 160+ countries. Its FAQ says it uses "own and partner entities", and its pricing page mentions owned entities across APAC, MEA, Europe and the Americas, with no count. Ask which entity will employ your hire. Our employer of record guide explains the difference. Skuad names no security certifications; payments run through The Currency Cloud.

Reviews and complaints

Skuad holds 4.6 from 421 reviews on G2 (a profile merged with Boundless) and 4.0 from only 15 on Trustpilot (both seen October 18, 2026). Skuad has not replied to negative Trustpilot reviews. The complaints below all come from reviews more than a year old, and 15 reviews are too few to show a pattern:

  • Fees: unexpected fees and deposits (October 2025), and charges above the agreed rate (November 2024).
  • Invoices: errors that took months to fix (November 2024), and breakdowns too thin to check.
  • Support: tickets closed without an answer (November 2024).

What works

  • EOR from $199, among the lowest list prices in our research
  • Payoneer ownership
  • Dedicated account managers on every plan
  • Cheap contractor plans from $19

Watch out for

  • No deposit, FX or exit terms published
  • Terms allow fee changes at Skuad's discretion
  • Partner mix with no entity count
  • Fee and invoice complaints

Who Skuad fits, and who it does not

Skuad fits a cost-driven buyer hiring in Asia-Pacific or the Middle East and Africa who will negotiate a written order with a price lock and deposit terms.

Look elsewhere if you want to compare total cost before a sales call, or need published exit terms.

Skuad scores 53/100 on our EOR method. The $199 floor earns full price points; almost nothing else about cost or exit is published, which costs it most of the hidden-cost and contract points. For context, Multiplier scores 79 and Oyster 64. The rules are in how we score providers.
