Privacy policy
HRPricing collects very little: standard server logs and any email you choose to send us. Our pages set no cookies, run no ad or remarketing pixels, and we do not sell or share personal information.

Who we are
HRPricing.com is published by [LLC NAME PLACEHOLDER] ("we" or "us"), [MAILING ADDRESS PLACEHOLDER]. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
What we collect
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data each time a page loads: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the page that linked you to us, and the date and time. We use these logs to keep the site running, find errors and block abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Email you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write.
That is all. The site has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no newsletter and no comments.
Tracking by other companies
We do not use advertising or remarketing pixels, and no other company collects information about your activity over time or across websites through our pages.
When you click a link to a provider, you leave our site. The provider, or the affiliate network that handles the link, may then set its own cookies to record the referral. Their privacy policies apply to that.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track you across websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal to switch off today. If we ever add a tool that could sell or share personal information, we will treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of that sale or sharing, and we will not run that tool for browsers that send Do Not Track or GPC.
No sale or sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as California law uses those words. We have not done so since the site launched.
We disclose information only to the service providers that run the site and our email (our hosting provider and email provider), who process it for us, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it, and security
We keep server logs only as long as we need them to run and protect the site. We keep emails as long as we need them to answer you or follow up on a correction, then delete them. We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of storing or sending data is completely secure.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to providers, government agencies and review sites. We do not control their privacy practices. Read their policies before you share information with them.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has emailed us, tell us and we will delete the message.
Your requests, wherever you live
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We do not charge for this. The site is run from the United States, and information we hold is processed there. If you are in the UK or the EU, our basis for keeping server logs is our legitimate interest in running a secure site, and our basis for keeping your email is answering you. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change affects what we collect, we will post it before the change takes effect.
