A $120 figure sits beside G&A Partners on Forbes Advisor's 2026 PEO list, labeled "custom quote" (the page says it was audited October 8, 2026). Forbes does not explain the unit or where the number came from, and with G&A's site unreadable we had nothing to check it against.
With no G&A rate to check, lean on published ones: an industry band of $40 to $160 per head each month or 2% to 12% of payroll (ADP guide, July 14, 2026), and Justworks PEO Plus at $124 per head each month (October 16, 2026).
