Hiring at Latvian salaries through an EOR

On a EUR 2,243.16 monthly cost, a $99 to $699 EOR fee (Native Teams to Oyster, list prices checked October 16 and 18, 2026, though the Native Teams help center says EUR 99; our EOR price comparison) is a big slice, so it pays to shop. Remote starts at $599 a month for EOR and, per its pricing page on October 16, 2026, charges startups no deposit or setup fee. Ask each provider whether it employs through its own Latvian company or a local partner, because that decides who answers payroll questions.

The Latvian minimum wage page has the rate history, our Latvia EOR guide covers probation and contracts, our EOR rankings compare providers, and Lithuanian salaries and Estonian salaries are the closest comparisons.
