G-P sends two messages on price. Its pricing page says "Contact us to learn more about a custom pricing plan that fits your needs." Its LLM info page, a page G-P publishes for AI assistants (updated July 14, 2026), says "G-P EOR has a monthly platform fee starting at USD 599 per employee" and that the fee covers onboarding, payroll, tax filings, benefits administration and HR support. Use $599 as the opening number in a negotiation, and ask whether your country and headcount qualify.

G-P Contractor is cheaper than Deel's $49 at $39 a month, and you pay only in months you pay an invoice. See contractor management tools for the rest of the field.

Is Globalization Partners a PEO?

No. People search for "Globalization Partners PEO", but G-P is an employer of record. A PEO co-employs your US staff under your own company's registration; an EOR is the sole legal employer of your workers in other countries, through its own or a partner's local entity. G-P's pages checked for this review offer no US PEO. If you need US co-employment, see PEO providers and PEO vs EOR. Deel ($125) and Remote (from $99) sell both.

At $599, G-P matches Deel and Remote on the headline fee. Its pitch is that the rate does not change by country: "Consistent rates across 180+ countries". Multiplier, by contrast, prices about 11% of its countries higher. Here is a UK hire with official 2026 figures (more on our UK employer cost page):

Contract terms and hidden costs

G-P publishes less about fees than most EORs. On the pages checked October 16, 2026:

  • Minimum term: the pricing FAQ says "there isn't a minimum contract length for EOR hires".
  • Deposit: not mentioned.
  • FX markup: not mentioned.
  • Setup and offboarding fees: not mentioned; the platform fee is said to cover onboarding.
  • Termination notice and fees: not published.

G-P's terms of service could not be found or loaded for our research. Before signing, get the deposit, FX margin, notice to end the service and any termination charge in your order form.

Quote G-P's own $599 LLM info page back to its sales team. A vendor that publishes a starting fee in one place and "custom" in another has room to move.

Entity model: 100+ owned, 200+ partnerships

G-P's LLM info page says "G-P has 100+ wholly owned entities around the world" and "200+ best-in-class partnerships", while claiming EOR coverage in 180+ countries. That implies partners cover up to roughly 80 countries. G-P does not publish which. Its homepage pitch is "Build global teams, without new legal entities", and it sells separate Meridian products for companies that want their own entities.

Ask G-P whether your country is one of its owned entities. Reviews of other partner-model EORs describe final pay disputes with blame passed between the EOR and its partner, as on our Oyster review. Our EOR guide explains the trade-off.

Support

G-P says "Customers get dedicated account managers, 24/7 availability" and localized HR specialists (LLM info page). A reviewer on Jun 25, 2026 described slow or unclear support and invoice errors, so ask for the name of your account manager before you sign.

Reviews and complaints

G-P holds 4.4 out of 5 from 1,072 reviews on G2 and 4.3 from 147 on Trustpilot (both seen Oct 16, 2026; 75% five-star, 10% one-star on Trustpilot). The recurring complaints:

  • Late payments. "Payments are constantly delayed" (Aug 22, 2026), and another late-pay report on Sep 2, 2026.
  • Support and invoices. Slow or unclear answers and invoice errors (Jun 25, 2026).
  • Onboarding, offboarding and work permits. Mistakes reported on Jul 4, 2026 and Apr 17, 2026.

All reviews are on G-P's Trustpilot page.

What works

  • One rate across 180+ countries, per G-P
  • Publishes both its owned-entity count (100+) and its partner count (200+)
  • No minimum contract length for EOR hires
  • Dedicated account manager and 24/7 availability promised

Watch out for

  • Pricing page says custom quote; $599 only on an info page
  • Deposit, FX and termination terms not published
  • Partners in roughly 80 countries, not named
  • Late-payment complaints in Aug and Sep 2026

Who G-P fits, and the alternatives

G-P fits a larger company hiring in many countries, including less common ones, that values the same rate everywhere and a named account manager over the lowest price.

Look elsewhere if you want published terms or a lower fee:

  • Remote: from $599, all owned entities in 90+ countries, published terms.
  • Deel: $599 published, with a US PEO.
  • Papaya Global: from $650, a partner model with cheap payroll licenses.
  • Pebl: $399, about 90% of employees on owned entities.

Our verdict

Bottom line: Globalization Partners scores 45/100, in the bottom third of the EORs we score, mostly for what it does not publish. Its one-rate model and account management suit enterprise buyers, and its own info page puts the starting fee at $599. But G-P publishes almost none of the terms that drive the real cost.
